Christmas With the Summit will be a reminder of the hope found in Jesus Christ, our Emmanuel, amid a year marked by sickness and loneliness. We will worship in person, in home gatherings, and through Summit Online to proclaim the coming of our King—together.

In-person Services

In-person Christmas With the Summit will be family-friendly services where family members of all ages are welcome to worship with us in the auditorium. For everyone’s safety, we’ll maintain social distancing, wear masks throughout the service, and follow a strict cleaning protocol. RSVPs are required and will be confirmed at the door.

Christmas With Summit Online gatherings are for our family members who, for whatever reason, are unable to gather with others outside of their home. Christmas With Summit Online also features worship resources for our family members who may not have access to the livestream or who need sign language interpretation.

For our family members who may not have access to the internet in their home, nursing home, or hospital room, we have a phone number that allows you to call in and listen to our 11 a.m. service live. Here’s how it works:

  1. Call (844) 698-6868.
  2. To be notified when our 11 a.m. service goes live, press “1,” and you’ll receive a phone call on Sunday before the service begins.
  3. If you miss the live service, you can call the number at any time and hear the previous service on demand.

For our family members who are deaf or hard of hearing, Christmas With Summit Online is available on demand with sign language interpretation.

Home Gatherings

Christmas With the Summit home gatherings will be meetings of Summit members and guests, in homes, to worship corporately in a smaller environment.

Because of COVID-19, we’re offering three ways to gather for Christmas With the Summit: in person, in home gatherings, and through Summit Online. To find out which one is right for you, read the information above.

For our family members who may not have access to the internet in their home, nursing home, or hospital room, we have a phone number that will allow you to call in and listen to our 11 a.m. Christmas With the Summit service live. Here’s how it works:

In-Person FAQs

You can expect:

  • Limited attendance. We’re asking everyone to RSVP and removing or roping off chairs to maintain appropriate distances indoors.
  • Clean spaces. After each service, we’ll be cleaning and sanitizing all of our environments for your safety.
  • Doing our part. Just as we ask you to follow certain guidelines (below), all of our staff and volunteers will do the same.

We ask that you:

  • Wear a mask. Please (anyone over the age of 5) wear a face mask that fully covers your nose and mouth.
  • Keep your distance. Please leave 6 feet between your party and the next one.
  • Keep your hands clean. We’ll have hand sanitizer stations at the ready.
  • Greet each other with an air high-five. We’ll be so happy to see you.
Yes, RSVPs are required to attend in-person Christmas With the Summit. RSVPs will be confirmed at the door. You can RSVP here.
Yes, everyone attending Christmas With the Summit must have an RSVP. RSVPs will be confirmed at the door. You can RSVP here.
Yes, you will need to sign up to volunteer and to attend a service, even though you’ll serve and attend the same service.
Yes, you can cancel your RSVP. Simply locate your confirmation email (with the subject “Service Registration Confirmation”) and click the “cancel your reservation” link at the bottom. Once on the cancelation page, click “Yes” to cancel your reservation.
No, Christmas With the Summit will not have any childcare or family ministries programming. We invite family members of all ages to worship together in the auditorium.
To minimize the number of people lingering in the lobby, all doors (lobby and auditorium) will open 30 minutes prior to each service.
While we want to honor your desire to sit with friends and family, we’d ask that you only sit with those in your household and keep a distance of 6-feet between your party and the next.
